Avi Baldeo has run Sai Building Services Ltd out of Hamilton since 2021. He quotes your job, he runs it, and he answers the phone when you call.
That's the whole difference. Bigger firms hand you to someone who wasn't there when the promises were made. Here there's one person accountable for the price, the dates and the finish.
If it's not right, he comes back and fixes it — for 12 years.

The guarantee
Every job I touch is guaranteed for 12 years. Not a form to fill in. Not a claims process. You call me, and I come back.
